Operations

• Build and maintain custom integrations between GTM systems (CRM, dialers, email tools, contract platforms, data enrichment vendors) using APIs.
• Use Zapier, Python, or similar tools to automate workflows and reduce manual work.
• Develop scrapers or ingestion scripts to pull in external facility/provider data.
• Design and maintain ETL pipelines (e.g., into Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar) in collaboration with our data engineering teams.
• Use SQL/Python to clean, transform, and enrich data.
• Build dashboards in BI tools (Hex, Looker, Tableau, etc.) to track pipeline health, sales activity, and productivity.
• Provide actionable insights to sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate GTM tools and make recommendations for adoption or replacement.
• Ensure integrations and automations are scalable, reliable, and secure.
