- We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Principal Database Developer to lead the transformation of clinical data infrastructure. This role is pivotal in reengineering core database development workflows, designing scalable and compliant data systems, and ensuring seamless integration across clinical trial phases. You are passionate about innovation, thrive in collaborative environments, and consistently push the boundaries of what clinical data systems can achieve.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Informatics, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in clinical database programming, with significant experience in a leadership or principal-level role.
- Proven expertise in process development, SOP writing, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong knowledge of database architecture, EDC systems (Medidata Rave), and clinical data standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of stated requirements.
