About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and implement customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Develop and configure Journey Maps for personalized customer engagement
- Build and customize email/content using AJO HTML templates
- Collaborate with marketing and business teams to translate requirements into journey workflows
- Perform QA and testing of journeys, campaigns, and personalization logic
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in journey execution and delivery
- Optimize journeys for performance, conversion, and customer experience
- Ensure data accuracy and seamless integration across Adobe Experience Platform components
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8–12 years of overall experience in digital marketing / customer journey implementation
- Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Experience as a Journey Developer / Journey Architect / AJO Coder
- Solid understanding of Journey Maps and workflow orchestration
- Proficiency in HTML for AJO email/content development
- Strong experience in QA, testing, and validation of campaigns/journeys
- Knowledge of personalization, segmentation, and customer data flows
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
