About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and actively manage the CEO's calendar, prioritising ruthlessly against shifting demands and protecting focused time
  • Run inbox triage and correspondence, drafting on the CEO's behalf where appropriate
  • Prepare thorough meeting briefs: who, why, what is needed, and what good looks like
  • Coordinate complex international travel and the logistics around conferences, summits, and external events
  • Draft, edit, and assemble briefs, decks, and correspondence to a standard that is immediately credible to funders and board members
  • Track the CEO's commitments and follow-ups, and keep them moving
  • Act as a reliable point of contact between the CEO and internal colleagues, funders, and partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-6 years experience as an EA / executive business partner or similar role, ideally supporting a founder or CEO
  • Exceptional organisation and the judgement to prioritise without being told
  • Strong written English and a feel for register: you can draft something that reads as though the CEO wrote it
  • Experience with G-Suite, Slack, and AI tooling (we use Claude)
  • Calm, accurate, and dependable under pressure and across time zones
  • Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information and relationships
  • Adaptable and low-ego, comfortable moving between high-stakes drafting and practical logistics
  • Values alignment and genuine interest in our mission is desirable
