About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Request required candidate documentation promptly and accurately
  • Administer candidate assessments and compile results for review
  • Send candidate notices and help candidates move efficiently through the recruiting process
  • Support proactive communication between HR, candidates, and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare status update reports, interview preparation documentation, and candidate communications

  • Cross-train on other HR functions and provide backup support for onboarding and critical HR processes
  • Provide administrative, recruiting, and reporting support across Climate First Bank, OneEthos, and future holding-company companies
  • Practice commitment to social, economic, environmental, and racial justice
  • Pursue sustainability-related education and apply curiosity to the bank’s core values
  • Stay informed on policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and web-based compliance and IT training
  • Question suspicious activity and collaborate with departments to help prevent fraud

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of progressive experience in a customer-facing processing, administrative support, or support role
  • Experience with processing, filing, scheduling, reporting, data management, and customer support
  • Attention to detail and comfort using filing systems, documentation protocols, tracking tools, and spreadsheets
  • Ability to communicate professionally with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to take ownership, drive tasks and projects to completion, solve problems efficiently, and deliver measurable results
  • Ability to manage time, stay organized under pressure, and adapt to changing routines
  • Professional, precise, confident communication by video, phone, and in writing
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly and use technology to maintain accurate data, streamline processes, and support reporting
  • Dependability and ability to contribute as part of a larger team
  • Commitment to environmental, social, economic, and racial justice
  • Willingness to pursue sustainability-related education
  • Must stay informed on bank policies, procedures, regulations, compliance requirements, and mandatory IT training
  • Must be a non-smoker or affirm commitment to cessation within 90 days of offer acceptance
  • Ability to meet physical requirements including sustained standing and sitting, frequent communication and PC use, and occasional lifting up to 20 lbs
  • Successful completion of cognitive and personality assessments, credit and background checks, and reference checks may be required during the hiring process
