About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-wide workflows on the Jack Henry Silverlake Core System
Collaborate with business units to map current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable automation solutions
Serve as the subject matter expert on workflow best practices and governance
Develop documentation and training materials for all automated processes including flow diagrams, SOPs, and risk assessments
Partner with the Core Banking Systems Administrator on managing core changes
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for workflow automation within the Jack Henry & Associates ecosystem
Work closely with IT, Operations, Compliance, and other departments to ensure workflows meet regulatory and business requirements
Adopt a commitment to environmental, social, economic, and racial justice

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field or 3+ years of experience in workflow automation, business process improvement, or systems analysis
Proven experience with workflow automation platforms
Experience with core banking systems (preferably Jack Henry Silverlake) preferred
Experience with Finastra’s Decision Pro preferred
