About the role
- You are the central interface between the business unit and IT, ensuring that all technical requirements align with the business objectives.
- For this, in addition to analysis and elicitation, you are also responsible for evaluating both technical and functional requirements.
- You develop solutions through data and process modeling and produce specifications by applying various modeling techniques such as User Stories, Epics, BPMN, and domain data models.
- You hand over requirements to the development team and provide support throughout the entire development process – from clarifying open questions to quality assurance and testing.
- You support us in building and continuously developing a team of Business Analysts.
- You support sales by contributing your expertise to the development of tailored solutions and thereby helping to secure long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in collaboration between IT and business, and a degree in an IT-related field or a comparable qualification.
- You possess extensive knowledge in process capture, optimization, and modeling, as well as solid understanding of modern IT and agile project management methods.
- You have deep expertise in creating User Stories and in supporting the software development process.
- Experience in process modeling, ideally with Camunda, is an advantage.
- You can communicate complex business and IT concepts competently and clearly and are able to work with customers and stakeholders on equal terms and strategically prioritize their requirements.
- You have business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
