About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites and Assets)
  • Build scalable, reusable AEM components, templates, dialogs, workflows, and services
  • Develop custom Sling Models, OSGi services, and HTL (Sightly) components
  • Configure and maintain AEM Assets, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments
  • Integrate AEM with enterprise systems and third-party platforms via REST APIs and web services
  • Collaborate with UX, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC
  • Participate in code reviews, production support, performance optimization, and technical mentoring
  • Ensure adherence to development best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of overall software development experience
  • 7+ years of hands-on AEM development experience
  • Strong expertise with AEM 6.x and AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
  • Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Apache Sling, OSGi, HTL (Sightly), Servlets, and REST APIs
  • Experience building reusable AEM components, templates, workflows, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and AEM Assets
  • Hands-on experience integrating AEM with enterprise systems using REST APIs and web services
  • Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive UI development
  • Experience with CI/CD tooling: Maven, Git, Jenkins, or similar DevOps tools
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience working in a marketing services or agency environment with cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable in client-facing settings
  • Current legal right to work in the US (employer sponsorship not available for this role beyond H1B transfer).
