About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of software development experience in an enterprise or similar setting.
- Proven technical leadership and experience mentoring junior developers.
- Experience leading and participating in code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and architectural guidelines.
- Ability to thrive in a remote, contract-based environment with strong self-management and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for collaboration with architects, analysts, PMs, and business stakeholders.
- Experience following established standards and best practices in software design and development.
