About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute a multi-channel GTM strategy to accelerate revenue and growth.
- Lead branding and storytelling to craft a compelling narrative and market position.
- Oversee paid advertising, social channels, partnerships, and influencer programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, design, and customer success.
- Set budgets, forecast outcomes, and measure ROI across channels.

- Develop and deploy high-impact marketing campaigns and dashboards to track performance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong brand storytelling and positioning skills to create a compelling brand narrative.
- Proven track record in defining and executing GTM strategies across multiple channels to drive revenue growth.
- Experience collaborating with product, sales, design, and customer success teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience testing, scaling, and optimizing marketing strategies.
- Experience managing marketing budgets, forecasting, and measuring ROI across channels.
- Experience building and leading a marketing function.
- Proficiency with digital marketing channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) and marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and CRM/tooling integration (e.g., GA4, dashboards, CRM).
- Experience with influencer and partner marketing, including negotiation and campaign management.
- 2–5+ years of experience in B2C growth marketing, sales, or adjacent fields.
- Ability to develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns.
