About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and deploy scalable systems and agentic AI tools to accelerate contract review workflows.
Own end-to-end product development across the stack, with a strong focus on intuitive, lawyer-facing interfaces.
Collaborate directly with founders to define technical priorities and establish a robust, maintainable codebase.
Develop and integrate large language model (LLM)-powered tools into the core platform.
Contribute to a high-energy, in-person engineering culture focused on shipping quickly and iterating fast.
Mentor junior engineers and help recruit talent as the team scales.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of full-stack development experience
Proficiency in TypeScript and Python
Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks — React, Vue, or Svelte
Experience building frontend AI tools, agents, or interfaces
Prior experience at a high-growth, venture-backed startup
Willingness and ability to work on-site at the NYC office.
