About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, build, and deploy scalable systems and agentic AI tools to accelerate contract review workflows.
- Own end-to-end product development across the stack, with a strong focus on intuitive, lawyer-facing interfaces.
- Collaborate directly with founders to define technical priorities and establish a robust, maintainable codebase.
- Develop and integrate large language model (LLM)-powered tools into the core platform.
- Contribute to a high-energy, in-person engineering culture focused on shipping quickly and iterating fast.
- Mentor junior engineers and help recruit talent as the team scales.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of full-stack development experience
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Python
- Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks — React, Vue, or Svelte
- Experience building frontend AI tools, agents, or interfaces
- Prior experience at a high-growth, venture-backed startup
- Willingness and ability to work on-site at the NYC office.
