About the role

  • Contribute to the preparation and analysis of accounting documents using automation tools.
  • Help business leaders manage cash flow, margins, and growth.
  • Use and improve our internal tools (automation, AI, dashboards).
  • Co-create solutions to streamline production and workflows.
  • Participate in the continuous optimization of our fully online accounting processes.
  • Test new technologies and propose ideas to drive innovation.

Requirements

  • Degree in accounting/finance (Bachelor, DSCG, Master CCA, or equivalent)
  • 3 to 8 years' experience in an accounting firm
  • Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge
  • Strong interest in digital tools and data analysis
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a consultative approach
  • Ability to explain financial topics clearly to non-financial leaders.
