About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Leads financial analysis across revenue, cost, profitability, cash flow, and balance sheet performance
Develops and maintains dashboards and recurring reporting packages
Supports month-end close by reviewing and explaining P&L results with accounting
Prepares and manages the annual operating budget and rolling forecasts
Analyzes and explains variances between actuals, budget, and forecast
Builds and maintains strong cross-functional relationships
Serves as a primary analytical resource for the organization
Advises senior leadership on the financial implications of decisions
Prepares materials and commentary for board meetings
Leads process and systems improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
At least five (5) years of relevant experience in a finance role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong knowledge of the mechanics of a business P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statement
Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex financial and operational issues
Understanding of commercial and industry strategic drivers
Experience organizing, planning, and executing projects across multiple internal and external reporting lines
Strong systems skills with experience in system implementations or process redesign
