About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Leads financial analysis across revenue, cost, profitability, cash flow, and balance sheet performance
  • Develops and maintains dashboards and recurring reporting packages
  • Supports month-end close by reviewing and explaining P&L results with accounting
  • Prepares and manages the annual operating budget and rolling forecasts
  • Analyzes and explains variances between actuals, budget, and forecast
  • Builds and maintains strong cross-functional relationships
  • Serves as a primary analytical resource for the organization
  • Advises senior leadership on the financial implications of decisions
  • Prepares materials and commentary for board meetings
  • Leads process and systems improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • At least five (5) years of relevant experience in a finance role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of the mechanics of a business P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statement
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex financial and operational issues
  • Understanding of commercial and industry strategic drivers
  • Experience organizing, planning, and executing projects across multiple internal and external reporting lines
  • Strong systems skills with experience in system implementations or process redesign
