About the role
- Deliver high-quality design, motion graphics, and video content across a range of marketing and client-facing materials
- Collaborate closely with the Manager – Growth and Marketing Automation to support campaign activations
- Design marketing and client collateral, presentations, brochures, and digital assets
- Maintain an organised library of brand templates and collateral
- Create 2D animated explainers and motion assets for social and web
- Edit short-form videos for marketing and internal initiatives
- Align creative assets to campaign requirements and performance insights
- Adhere to governance framework and ensure cohesiveness across teams
Requirements
- National Diploma in Graphic Design / Multimedia Design / Digital Media Design or Marketing with an advanced design component
- 4 – 6 years of experience in brand, digital, and motion design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, motion graphics, and video editing
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects)
- Strong Figma skills for web and digital assets
- Ability to interpret briefs and execute clean visual design
- English comprehension and communication skills suitable for a global brand
- Preferred: experience in financial services, fintech, or corporate environments
