About the role
- Support daily execution of marketing activity across multiple channels
- Help prioritise and structure workloads across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to keep campaigns and deliverables on track
- Maintain shared calendars, timelines, and campaign planning documentation
- Manage social publishing schedule and coordinate content uploads
- Support short-form content writing across social, events, and internal updates
- Assist with logistics for webinars, events, and campaigns
- Conduct research, competitor tracking, and data gathering
- Provide QA across marketing deliverables
- Support digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Support tracking and reporting tools (Google Analytics 4, etc.)
- Coordinate event logistics: venues, vendors, collateral, and timelines
- Adherence to governance framework and internal quality assurance
Requirements
- Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Marketing National Diploma
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, content, or digital roles
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good written English with ability to adapt to brand tone
- Basic familiarity with social tools, scheduling platforms, and CRM systems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Desire to learn automation, digital marketing
