About the role

  • Support daily execution of marketing activity across multiple channels
  • Help prioritise and structure workloads across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to keep campaigns and deliverables on track
  • Maintain shared calendars, timelines, and campaign planning documentation
  • Manage social publishing schedule and coordinate content uploads
  • Support short-form content writing across social, events, and internal updates
  • Assist with logistics for webinars, events, and campaigns
  • Conduct research, competitor tracking, and data gathering
  • Provide QA across marketing deliverables
  • Support digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Support tracking and reporting tools (Google Analytics 4, etc.)
  • Coordinate event logistics: venues, vendors, collateral, and timelines
  • Adherence to governance framework and internal quality assurance

Requirements

  • Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Marketing National Diploma
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, content, or digital roles
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Good written English with ability to adapt to brand tone
  • Basic familiarity with social tools, scheduling platforms, and CRM systems
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Desire to learn automation, digital marketing
