Own features end-to-end from scope definition to code writing, testing, and pull request reviewing.

Requirements

Several years of experience building production web applications with Laravel and modern single-page applications.
Strong programming fundamentals and clean, well-tested code.
Keen attention to detail.
A mindset of continuous improvement.
High ownership; effective time management.
A genuine desire to serve the local church.
Working hours: Maintain at least a four-hour overlap with 7:00a – 4:00p ET working hours.
