Own and evolve the design of web and mobile apps.
Collaborate closely with the Director of Engineering and the product team.
Build a deep understanding of the product, customers, and the church and non-profit technology space.
Work includes wireframing, interaction, visual design, design systems, and thoughtful iteration on existing product experiences.

Requirements

Strong design and UX instincts. You create work that is useful, clear, refined, and beautiful.
Excellent product thinking. You can quickly understand a product, its users, and the problems it solves.
High proficiency in Figma or Paper.
A strong understanding of the frontend handoff process. Our frontend stack includes Vue 3, Tailwind, and TypeScript.
Comfort across web and mobile.
A real desire to serve the local church.
Working hours: Flexible with at least a six-hour overlap with 7:00a-4:00p ET.
