About the role

  • Expertly lead discovery and consultation calls with empathy and clarity, identifying client needs and recommending appropriate estate solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle in both direct-to-consumer and referred-lead contexts, from first contact to closing.
  • Build tailored, complex service proposals independently.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve our service offering and refine messaging based on client feedback.
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of estate planning and settlement, adapting to jurisdictional nuances across Canada and the US.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the sales process through feedback, data, and collaboration.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records and manage pipeline efficiently.
  • Maintain consultation availabilities Monday-Thursday 12pm to 8pm EST and Friday 9am to 5pm EST.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Organized and results-driven.
  • Strong in closing.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume inbound lead environment.
  • Ability to manage external relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust quickly.
  • Curious, eager to learn, and a strong team player.
  • Proficient with digital tools, CRM systems, and structured sales processes.
  • Ability to work western business hours.
