About the role
- Expertly lead discovery and consultation calls with empathy and clarity, identifying client needs and recommending appropriate estate solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle in both direct-to-consumer and referred-lead contexts, from first contact to closing.
- Build tailored, complex service proposals independently.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve our service offering and refine messaging based on client feedback.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of estate planning and settlement, adapting to jurisdictional nuances across Canada and the US.
- Identify opportunities to optimize the sales process through feedback, data, and collaboration.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records and manage pipeline efficiently.
- Maintain consultation availabilities Monday-Thursday 12pm to 8pm EST and Friday 9am to 5pm EST.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Organized and results-driven.
- Strong in closing.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume inbound lead environment.
- Ability to manage external relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust quickly.
- Curious, eager to learn, and a strong team player.
- Proficient with digital tools, CRM systems, and structured sales processes.
- Ability to work western business hours.
