About the role

  • Manage a team of technical resources to ensure effective delivery of consulting services
  • Collaborate and provide technical leadership to clients to leverage cloud services within our strategic Enterprise accounts
  • Represent CleanSlate in face-to-face client meetings and drive the overall delivery for the client
  • Build client relationships and represent CleanSlate as a thought leader for scalable next-generation cloud applications
  • Lead cross-functional implementation teams to deliver cloud applications to clients
  • Leads the planning and successful execution of smaller initiatives with team sizes ranging from 5-10 members
  • Works closely with other members of the Delivery Management team to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resourcing, timeframes, and budgets for projects
  • Leads effort to provide status, updates, and general communication to the client and all stakeholders
  • Captures, maintains, and communicates action items, risks, and issues identified during the course of a project and works to mitigate/resolve as appropriate
  • Leads effort to manage project financials, budget, and forecast. Ensure projects achieve financial goals
  • Collaborates with project team members in order to assemble varied project tasks into an organized work breakdown and associated project schedule
  • Holds team members accountable for the timely delivery of their assigned work products
  • Responsible for client satisfaction for the assigned project
  • Creates inputs for proposals or project change requests
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a project management role, leading complex software development or cloud migration projects from initiation to completion
  • Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience with budget control and resource management
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative, Agile, or Kanban
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills interacting with a variety of audiences (CXO, architects, Management, and developers)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Project management certifications (Scrum Master, Project Management Professional) preferred
