- Manage 70+ high net worth relationships
- Drive clear planning & investment strategies
- Lead the creation of detailed and rigorous financial & investment plans
- Maintain and course correct those plans over time with clients
- Coordinate the efforts of colleagues
- Help develop the firm
Requirements
- Hold your CFP® designation
- 5+ years of personal financial planning experience
- 3+ years running high net worth relationships
- 10+ years of total work experience
- Created (from scratch) 100+ complete financial plans in leading software (MoneyGuide Pro, eMoney, or RightCapital)
- True Expert in at least one of the 3 leading financial planning softwares
- Microsoft Excel geek
- Very clear thinker and communicator (verbal and written)
- Well organized and respectful of client service standards
- Very good at detailed work AND "connecting" it to the bigger picture
- Consistently demonstrate our core values (curiosity, tenacity, service, rigor, clarity)
