About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You manage the commercial processing of sales campaigns, incentive and bonus programs.
You verify bonus claims and financial calculations for plausibility and completeness.
You analyze revenue, billing and performance data and derive reliable conclusions.
You prepare reports, analyses and decision-making materials for internal and external stakeholders.
You coordinate alignments and clarifications with customers, partners and internal teams.
You ensure that all processes are implemented correctly and on schedule.
You identify optimization opportunities and contribute ideas for automating and further developing processes.
You support efforts to make our finance and operations processes more efficient, digital and scalable.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Vocational commercial training, degree in business/economics or a comparable qualification
Some experience in Finance, Operations, Sales Support, Reporting, Controlling or Administration
Confident use of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, analyses) and a data-driven approach to working
SAP knowledge is an advantage but not required
Enjoy working with numbers, data, processes and analytical challenges
Structured, careful and independent way of working
Strong communication skills in interactions with internal and external stakeholders and a collaborative team spirit
Very good German and good English skills.
