About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You support the implementation of Clair across the entire project lifecycle — from requirements gathering and configuration to production go-live.
- You configure the platform to precisely match the requirements and processes of our clients.
- You design and implement digital workflows, particularly in contract management, data protection, compliance, and litigation.
- You analyze existing legal processes and identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and efficiency improvements.
- You analyze and evaluate our clients' legal processes and develop future-proof solutions together with them.
- You advise legal departments on optimizing their ways of working and support change processes in a pragmatic, solution-oriented manner.
- You translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable digital processes.
- You capture requirements and feedback from client projects and feed them into the structured further development of Clair.
- You work closely with our development team and represent our clients' perspective in the product development process.
- You build long-term, trust-based relationships with our clients.
- You support users (m/f/d) in adopting new processes and ensure sustainable use of the platform.
- You conduct trainings and remain available as a knowledgeable point of contact after go-live.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed law degree, ideally with a focus on corporate law, data protection, compliance, or Legal Operations.
- Professional experience in a legal department, law firm, consulting, or within the legal-tech sector.
- Strong interest in digital business processes and technological solutions.
- Analytical and structured working style with strong consulting skills.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel regularly for client projects.
