About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will handle a wide range of legal mandates and play an active role in shaping how we apply and further develop technology-supported processes and tools in everyday advisory work.
Client-facing advisory: You will be the primary contact for our clients on all matters relevant to corporate law – with a focus on contract, commercial and corporate law.
Contract drafting & review: You will negotiate, draft and review contracts, including in complex international constellations.
Dispute resolution: You will represent our clients in court and in out-of-court disputes – pragmatic and assertive.
Rethinking processes: You will audit clients’ legal workflows and realize efficiency potentials through standardization and digitalization.
Legal Tech in practice: You will use our Legal Tech tools, provide feedback to our tech team and help shape their further development.
Client relationships: You will build and expand long-term mandates and become a trusted sparring partner for your client contacts.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fully qualified lawyer with both state examinations (Volljurist) and admission to the bar
Several years of relevant professional experience in corporate/business law – ideally in an in-house role or at a legal service provider
Experience in legal project management and handling complex mandates
Genuine enthusiasm for Legal Tech and willingness to actively rethink advisory processes
Fluent German and very good English skills
Independent, structured and efficient working style
Service mentality, team spirit and enjoyment of direct client contact
Willingness to travel occasionally
