About the role
- Developing & executing outbound prospecting campaigns
- Refining & optimizing SDR processes for inbound & event leads
- Working closely with the global sales team to ensure high quality leads are being passed over, resulting in opportunities
- Working closely with marketing to create an effective feedback loop on inbound leads
- Building your knowledge to understand how our clients operate and the key challenges Clarity AI is solving
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the Finance industry or selling into the finance vertical for a SaaS company
- Proficient experience using and managing sales enablement tools such as ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, Pardot, Salesforce, and Sales Navigator is essential
- Strong confidence in collaborating with senior individuals (internal and external facing)
- Excellent organizational skills, with a diligent work ethic and very strong attention to detail in all areas of work
- Dynamic self-starter, able to take ownership and initiative, with high energy and stamina.
- Decisive and action-oriented, able to make rapid decisions even when they are short of information.
- Passionate about sustainability and impact, highly motivated, independent.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, French, and German (minimum C1 level-proficient).
