About the role

  • As a UX Designer at Clarity Innovations, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our products.
  • Join the design team and immerse yourself in the space domain working with the United States Space Force to develop a mobile and web friendly home for career, training and mission relevant information.
  • Build user empathy through qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Synthesize findings and create actionable outcomes
  • Advocate for end users in the application design development with research backed data
  • Facilitate tailored product communication
  • Monitor overall application look and feel

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in UX Design, with experience launching products.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile and web-based software & applications.
  • Experience creating flow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and visual comps, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates this
  • Experience using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or other applicable design tools
  • Experience with the design and product development processes
  • Experience with early-stage design, ideation techniques, concept and usability testing, and other research methods
  • Excellent management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience collaborating with a team of programmers with varying skill sets
  • Experience balancing customer and user feedback to create a desirable solution
  • Experience with agile and lean philosophies
