About the role

  • Supporting the development and improvement of machine learning models used in sustainability analytics
  • Cleaning, processing, and transforming large structured and unstructured datasets
  • Conducting exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in ESG and sustainability data
  • Assisting in building data pipelines and analytical workflows to improve data quality and efficiency
  • Collaborating with data scientists and engineers to test and evaluate model performance
  • Creating visualizations and summaries to communicate analytical findings clearly
  • Contributing to documentation and internal tools that improve data accessibility and reproducibility

Requirements

  • Strong analytical mindset with interest in data science and sustainability analytics
  • Previous internship experience, academic projects, or coursework related to data science, machine learning, or analytics
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
  • Self-starter, able to take ownership and initiative, with high energy and stamina
  • Decisive and action-oriented, able to make rapid decisions even when they are short of information
  • Highly motivated, independent and deeply passionate about sustainability and impact
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills (minimum C1 level-proficient user)
