Platform Engineer

• Lead prototyping efforts to validate design concepts and technologies, while supporting the product baseline lifecycle from discovery to production support
• Communicate thoughtful designs, architecture, and product integration expectations across teams
• Be the person who hold the vision in their mind at all times, and allowing that influence architecture and team execution across the various projects consuming the product baseline
• Exemplify the “lead by doing” workflow - building, prototyping, and demonstrating should the priority
• Develop robust and high-quality software aligned with the overall product vision, balancing user requirements with strategic goals and consistently delivering working solutions on schedule
• Work with the Chief Product Architect to track work, develop roadmaps, and ensure programs that consume the product baseline are driving towards a common goal of product alignment
• Converge the project teams to a common baseline - understand the project consumers of the platform and establish a plan to transition, educate, and collaborate with project tech leads to help them practice good productization consumption processes
