About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Under supervision with wide latitude for independent judgement and decision, the Detox Program Manager leads the clinical, administrative and operational management of the Detox Center at our 24/7 rehabilitation and recovery agency.
Ensure the highest standard of participant care, compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, effective management of staff, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement participant-centered treatment plans and managing workflows to ensure compliance with regulations while fostering a culture of safety and client-focused care in a supportive and therapeutic environment for participants undergoing detoxification while driving continuous improvement in participant outcomes.
Holds supervisory responsibilities for staff and clinical providers including LVNs, Medical Assistants, and Counselors.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must have a bachelor’s degree from a Board approved nursing program and a verifiable active license in California as a RN.
Must have at least 3 years of leadership experience in a detox center.
Must have achieved sobriety of at least one year.
Certification in addiction treatment such as NCAC, or CARN is a plus.
Must have current CPR and First Aid certification or obtain within 30 days from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
Must complete all pre-employment requirements including a Livescan and physical.
Must complete all Learning Management System “LMS” assignments by 30 days of employment.
Must carry and provide evidence of appropriate and current Professional Liability Insurance.
