About the role
- Support hiring efforts for store-level positions including Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and PT Supervisor/Manager roles
- Source qualified candidates from internal requests and reports using various job boards and other recruitment methods
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment
- Serve as a point of contact for field recruitment related inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses
- Close out requisitions over 30 days in the applicant tracking system to maintain data accuracy
- Manage job board subscriptions and access for field partners
- Respond to recruitment related help desk and email questions from field partners
- Stay up to date on new sourcing tools, best practices, and how the team can best utilize these recruiting and networking tools
- Be a Claire’s ambassador to attract top talent to the Company
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related discipline preferred
- 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
- At least 1 year of prior recruiting in a 3rd party agency environment highly preferred
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously
- Strong MS Suite skills
- Experience with recruitment management tools and/or Workday ATS is a plus
- Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills required
