About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle multiple clients, software, and charts of accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Coordinate and process accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and payroll
- Complete financial statements during month-end processing
- Coordinate and complete account reconciliations, including bank and credit card reconciliations, prepaids, accounts receivable, fixed assets, accounts payable, and accruals
- Complete complex account reconciliations previously set up and supported by Senior Associate, Assistant Controller, Controller, or CFO
- Complete sales tax returns, Form 1099s, and other forms or items requested by clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Accounting and financial experience is preferred
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Combination of related experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree
