About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop project proposals addressing goals, timeframes, methodology, and staffing requirements for information-technology-impact projects
  • Lead projects involving infrastructure, acquisitions, lifecycle management, and software installation and upgrades
  • Bring together cross-functional project teams and promote a one-team environment
  • Establish communication channels for stakeholders, internal and external teams, and third parties
  • Address concerns with internal and external teams and provide timely stakeholder communication
  • Collaborate with project leads and individuals to develop project plans, policies, and procedures
  • Define technical project scope and objectives
  • Manage project deliverables, milestones, required tasks, schedules, and budgets in accordance with EPMO standards and IT leadership
  • Coordinate and track project issues and risks
  • Manage budgets, vendors, and resources as project responsibilities increase
  • Ensure satisfaction and collaboration with Managing Principals, Executive Leaders, and vendors

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4 years of relevant experience required
  • 2 years of project management and/or supervisory experience preferred
  • 7 years of relevant experience preferred
  • 5 years of project management and/or supervisory experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; combination of education and experience may be considered a degree equivalent
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
