About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with teams to deliver firmwide solutions aligned with business goals and objectives
Develop and manage program plans, including scope, objectives, and deliverables
Ensure successful delivery across project and product teams within the Enterprise program
Provide direction and overall program leadership to project teams
Partner with business and product managers to align programs with firm strategy
Own program governance and controls, including steering committees and advisory boards
Coach project leads and teams in project methodology, Scrum, and Lean-Agile practices
Align the program’s five-year vision and roadmap with business leadership
Optimize delivery flow and process improvement
Assist with reporting, tracking, and execution of project milestones, value streams, epics, and features
Coordinate project and program interdependencies and escalate risks, issues, and impediments
Oversee program and product budgets and third-party vendors
Ensure seamless transitions from projects to appropriate team structures
Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships throughout the program lifecycle
Allocate resources, monitor utilization, and adjust resources as necessary
Lead portfolio and program management activities to align investments with strategic objectives and business value
Partner with business leaders to validate priorities, provide demand visibility, and support enterprise-wide prioritization
Coordinate dependencies and delivery plans with technical teams, architects, project managers, and business stakeholders
Remove obstacles and drive execution of complex initiatives
Mentor, coach, and lead project managers while promoting consistent management practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

8 years of relevant experience required
6 years of project management and/or supervisory experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree, or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels
Strong problem-solving and creative skills
Ability to exercise sound judgment
High level of integrity and dependability
Strong sense of urgency and results orientation
Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, and SharePoint
Comprehensive understanding and experience leading application development projects
Comfortable using a large variety of technology tools and adapting to rapidly changing technology
