About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead strategic direction meetings with IT and Firm leadership
- Serve as the Business Relationship Manager for Firm Services
- Design technical solutions for business problems and assist Project Managers with scopes of work
- Forecast and roadmap technologies with technical teams
- Develop strategic plans and establish and enforce technology standards
- Assess requirements and translate them into system guidelines and high-level technical requirements
- Create documentation for architectural initiatives
- Provide peer review of technology initiatives
- Guide and counsel technical teams during implementation
- Review implementation outcomes for design compliance
- Create architecture drawings
- Provide level 4 support
- Manage technical projects spanning all IT teams
- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, development, and performance management
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8 years of relevant experience required
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree, or relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and creative skills
- Ability to exercise sound judgment
- High level of integrity and dependability
