About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead strategic direction meetings with IT and Firm leadership
Serve as the Business Relationship Manager for Firm Services
Design technical solutions for business problems and assist Project Managers with scopes of work
Forecast and roadmap technologies with technical teams
Develop strategic plans and establish and enforce technology standards
Assess requirements and translate them into system guidelines and high-level technical requirements
Create documentation for architectural initiatives
Provide peer review of technology initiatives
Guide and counsel technical teams during implementation
Review implementation outcomes for design compliance
Create architecture drawings
Provide level 4 support
Manage technical projects spanning all IT teams
Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, development, and performance management

Requirements

What you’ll need

8 years of relevant experience required
Supervisory experience preferred
Bachelor's degree, or relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels
Strong problem-solving and creative skills
Ability to exercise sound judgment
High level of integrity and dependability
Strong sense of urgency and results orientation
Enterprise architecture design expertise
Solution architecture expertise designing scalable, secure, and integrated technology solutions
Data architecture and pipeline development skills
Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and hybrid architectures
Strong knowledge of system integration patterns and API design
Understanding of security principles, risk management, and regulatory compliance
Ability to enforce technical standards and produce clear architectural documentation
