About the role
- Respond to chat support requests from CLA clients and Internal CLA members
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic log-in and application navigation issues
- Log detailed activities and track requests utilizing an incident management database
- Work independently and in a team setting by sharing support experiences and issues
- Cultivate a working knowledge of IT ticketing system and chat support
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience working in customer service or providing IT support
- High school diploma or equivalent
