About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support management of multiple clients, software, and charts of accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Process or record accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and payroll transactions
  • Prepare account reconciliations for prepaids, accounts receivable, fixed assets, accounts payable, and accruals
  • Prepare, understand, and review basic to moderate financial statements
  • Support preparation of general ledger, cash flow, and allocations
  • Build process backup at the direction of leadership
  • Aid preparation of sales tax returns and Form 1099s
  • Prepare audit workpapers, tax return workpapers, and other client-requested forms or items

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Accounting and financial experience is preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
