About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop service-specific knowledge through exposure to peers, internal experts, clients, self-study, and formal training
  • Participate in collecting and analyzing data using various data tools
  • Support the Data Analytics team in building and implementing solutions for external clients and internal projects
  • Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data-gathering techniques
  • Develop custom data models and algorithms for datasets
  • Develop predictive analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence techniques
  • Monitor and analyze solution performance and accuracy
  • Communicate findings to team members
  • Collaborate virtually with leadership and colleagues from other offices
  • Serve as a primary contact with clients or business leaders on internal projects
  • Take on administrative and support roles
  • Participate in new business development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Four (4) years of experience in data analytics, public accounting, financial consulting, computer science, or a related field required
  • Five years of experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree
  • Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or Data Science preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate
  • Experience with Excel, DAX, M, R, Python, and Alteryx
  • Knowledge of data cleaning, analysis, visualization, data access, data models, algorithms, predictive analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence
  • Ability to work individually and collaboratively
  • Ability to perform client service, administrative, support, and business development responsibilities
