About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a key contributor in CLA’s VFLI team collaborating with clients on business and intangible asset valuations for financial reporting, tax reporting, transactions, and strategic planning.
Perform valuations of business enterprises, intellectual property, intangible assets, common and preferred stock, and other securities.
Assist clients with financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, gift and estate tax reporting, and litigation support.
Provide valuation support for Forensic, Litigation and Investigative assignments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in valuation or a similar consulting practice/function servicing clients.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
ABV, ASA, CVA, or related designation.
