About the role
- Main point of contact for investor services aspect of client relationships
- Compile, organize, and input investor information
- Process investor subscription documents and follow up as necessary
- Process and disseminate investor capital activity documents
- Work with various software platforms to lead the setup and management of investor portals
- Liaise with internal fund administration team and lead Investor Services aspect of client meetings
- Train and develop incoming team members
Requirements
- 1 year experience in Investor Services or related field, ideally with a fund administrator.
- Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
