• Define the vision, operating model, and methodologies for Consulting Enablement; Collaborate with other service line leaders to align practices with client transformation goals.
• Develop and implement OCM frameworks, lead change readiness assessments, and coach leaders on adoption strategies.
• Standardize project governance, risk management, and delivery practices; oversee strategic engagements and develop PM-as-a-Service offerings.
• Establish BA standards for discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design; mentor analysts and ensure quality documentation.
• Monitor project profitability, implement realization reporting, and participate in deal review processes for proposals and SOWs.
• Improve handoff processes, act as escalation point for delivery concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Recruit and lead a multidisciplinary team; build a Center of Excellence and deliver internal education on transformation best practices.
