About the role
- Optimize the client experience lifecycle and ensure clients are maximizing the value of their Acumatica solution
- Facilitate the development of client relationships to promote loyalty and retention
- Assist with the sales to services transition and overall client onboarding deliverables
- Work alongside the project implementation teams to drive product adoption
- Help moderate and assist with any client escalations that may arise
- Facilitate client seamless transition to post implementation
- Coordinate with scoping and service teams for post implementation activities
- Identify referenceable clients and possible case studies
- Assist with client transfer management
- Help promote and identify other seamless CLA services to clients
Requirements
- Accounting, Business, Communications, Public Relations or Marketing degree preferred
- Experience leading teams and managing clients is required
- 3+ years of ERP software account management experience (preferably Acumatica)
- Demonstrate leadership qualities
- Highly organized and able to multi-task
- Self-driven and proactive nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- High computer literacy and ability to learn new software
