About the role
- Analyze credit applications by reviewing and verifying documentation, indebtedness, credit history and repayment capacity, seeking to mitigate credit-granting risk;
- Perform checks with credit protection agencies using available tools to avoid the risk of credit loss;
- Analyze credit products, credit policies and pricing by gathering information to enable more accurate assessments;
- Assess the impact of projects, improvements and implementations related to credit management, and participate in large-scale system testing (mass homologation) to reduce implementation errors;
- Align credit proposal preparation and credit-analysis procedures with Service Units, contacting staff to clarify doubts and/or propose alternatives;
- Analyze portfolio indicators through monitoring dashboards to contribute to credit portfolio management;
- Develop and/or update manuals and other materials on topics relevant to the area, preparing circulars, instructions and notices to improve understanding and information sharing among Cooperative employees;
- Perform other duties related to the role;
- Comply with other responsibilities common to all positions within the Ailos System.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Statistics, Law, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, Economics or related fields;
- CPA-10 certification preferred.
