About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential
  • 1 year of experience post-Master’s Degree
  • Medical clearance requirements, including evidence of immunity to MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and a TB screen, or an approved medical or religious accommodation
  • Ability to provide behavioral health support in in-person and virtual settings
  • Experience or ability to address serious mental illness and substance use disorder needs
  • Ability to develop member care plans and provide short-term therapeutic interventions
  • Ability to make appropriate referrals and collaborate with internal care teams
  • Ability to maintain engagement with high-acuity members
