About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical support and maintenance for the EHR, CRM, scheduling platform, and other systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues collaboratively with Product, Clinical, Reporting, Data Platform, and external vendor teams
Support implementation of new tools and platforms with existing systems to enhance workflows and data connectivity
Optimize system configurations to support business objectives and improve operational efficiency
Provide strategic recommendations to vendor relationship managers for system enhancements and future technology investments
Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system processes, integrations, and configurations

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 years of work experience
Deep understanding of health tech systems, integrations, and challenges in a fast-paced startup environment
Experience supporting EHR, CRM, scheduling, and other technology systems
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
Ability to support system integrations and data connectivity
Ability to optimize system configurations
Ability to create and maintain documentation for system processes, integrations, and configurations
Ability to collaborate with Product, Clinical, Reporting, Data Platform, and external vendor teams
