Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinic management, or a related service-oriented field
2+ years of experience directly managing people or leading a significant functional workstream
Familiarity with healthcare metrics (e.g., patient engagement rates, appointment keep rates)
Proven ability to solve tactical, day-to-day operational challenges and improve team efficiency
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders
Fosters a culture of psychological safety and humility within the immediate team
Models a "proactive approach" by ensuring all team tasks are completed with high integrity and excellence
May coach direct reports, helping them build the skills necessary for career progression within the organization
