Requirements

What you’ll need

Familiarity with healthcare metrics (e.g., patient engagement rates, appointment keep rates) and how they contribute to broader market success
Proven ability to solve tactical, day-to-day operational challenges and improve team efficiency
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders
Fosters a culture of psychological safety and humility within the immediate team, encouraging open feedback and collaboration
