About the role
- Deliver an excellent and cost-effective service to Underwriting Services
- Risk and exposure recording
- Insurance premium accounting
- Underwriting Management Information in support of Team meetings and Quarterly Performance Reviews
- Internal cyclical and ad-hoc reporting
- Contributes to the design and implementation of the operational team plans
- Determines own work priorities and activities
- Assists in the delivery and future development of Aspen’s Insurance processes and systems
Requirements
- Relevant knowledge of (Re)insurance customs, practices and procedures
- Sound understanding of (Re)Insurance concepts
- Working knowledge of company systems
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements (specific reference to FCA/Lloyd’s regulation)
- Knowledge of Aspen’s underwriting process and LoB specific nuisances and Expected service outcomes
- Broad based reinsurance and/or insurance experience
