Performing regular preventative maintenance tasks
Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues in HVAC and refrigeration systems
Installing new HVAC and refrigeration systems in compliance with local codes
Communicating effectively with clients regarding service issues,

Requirements

What you’ll need

Valid driver’s license
Must pass pre-employment DMV check, drug screening and background check
Refrigeration license as defined by State(s) regulations
EPA Certification required
OSHA 10-Hour certification required within 30 days of employment
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in RHVAC is a plus
Completion of an apprenticeship or formal RHVAC training program
Proficiency in the use of tools and equipment necessary for RHVAC installation and repair
