Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must pass pre-employment DMV check, drug screening and background check
  • Refrigeration license as defined by State(s) regulations
  • EPA Certification required
  • OSHA 10-Hour certification required within 30 days of employment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in RHVAC is a plus
  • Completion of an apprenticeship or formal RHVAC training program
  • Proficiency in the use of tools and equipment necessary for RHVAC installation and repair
