Requirements

What you’ll need

Valid driver’s license
Must pass pre-employment DMV check, drug screening and background check
Refrigeration license as defined by State(s) regulations
EPA Certification required
OSHA 10-Hour certification required within 30 days of employment
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in RHVAC is a plus
Completion of an apprenticeship or formal RHVAC training program
Proficiency in the use of tools and equipment necessary for RHVAC installation and repair
