About the role
- Greet customers professionally (in-person and by phone)
- Listen to and assess their needs and schedule appointments
- Prepare repair orders and manage administrative follow-up
- Explain completed work, return vehicles to customers and process billing
- Recommend additional sales: service packages, warranties, parts and accessories
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality throughout the customer journey
- Work closely with the workshop and parts teams to meet deadlines
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar after-sales mechanical role
- Knowledge of the automotive technical environment
- Service-oriented, responsive, meticulous, and professional appearance
- Comfortable with computer tools (DMS, CRM, e-mails, etc.)
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Driving license (Category B) required
