Lead and execute software development initiatives for the firm
Regularly deliver features in an agile way, delivering against business outcomes
Create a culture of continuous improvement championing the use of automation, metrics, and AI to create efficiency and enhance business intelligence
Maturing SDLC processes and controls in the organization
Manage development escalations and blockers ensuring alignment of solutions with corporate priorities
Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and financial standards
Ensure projects are compliant with data integrity, enterprise architecture, and security standards and policies
Manage vendor relationships ensuring top talent is allocated to the firm

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
At least 10 years of experience managing complex projects
At least 8 years of direct management of a development team
Hands-on experience transforming a department
PE experience (preferred)
Development background (required)
Fluent in SQL (required)
Exceptional operational and strategic thinking
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
