About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to proposal and close—for new client acquisition
  • Sell Microsoft cloud solutions (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure, Security) and implementation services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft’s internal sales teams
  • Source opportunities through conferences, field marketing events, cross-selling to existing clients
  • Target C-suite executives (primarily CFOs, CIOs, and CTOs)
  • Articulate Microsoft’s value in ERP, CRM, security, AI, analytics, and cloud modernization
  • Collaborate with internal technology experts and service line leaders to create high-impact proposals and contracts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of success in B2B consultative sales
  • Experienced in alliance or channel sales
  • Experience with Microsoft solutions (Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, security, Azure, Power Platform) is required
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, accounting, or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed to support relationship-building and deal execution
